Questions about training?
Do I need any experience to start training?
No. Foundation courses are designed for complete beginners — many of our students are career-changers from care work, teaching, admin and healthcare.
Are the courses accredited and insurable?
Yes. Courses are GTi and VTCT accredited, which means you can obtain professional insurance and practise on the public as soon as you qualify.
How is the training delivered?
In small groups at our working clinic at ReCoop Health in Nuneaton, combining guided practical work, theory and supervised case studies.
Are payment plans available?
Yes — payment plans are available on request for most courses. Just ask when you enquire.
Which course should I start with?
If you're brand new, Swedish/Body Massage is the classic foundation. If you're drawn to energy work, start with Reiki Level 1. And if you're not sure, send Lindsey a message — she'll tell you honestly what fits.
